King Salman Oases Project – Scan to BIM AJC delivered the King Salman Project using advanced Scan to BIM technology. High-precision laser scanning was carried out to capture the existing conditions of the site, producing a highly accurate 3D point cloud. This data was then converted into a detailed as-built BIM model, covering architectural, structural, and MEP elements. The model supports future design coordination, facility management, and asset documentation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless workflow that meets the highest standards of quality.
